Just found a great cartoon simulation which explains some of the basic principles of the Theory of Constraints.
If you’re not familiar with TOC, and involved with strategy development, marketing strategy, project management, or just plain old management, you should make this a learning priority. (I don’t just mean the cartoon!) Â
I mean get a copy of The Goal by Eli Goldratt, and explore the Theory of Constraints via this site.
