Organized Living Fast Weekend Review
Take an hour or so every single weekend to review the past week and plan for the coming week.? And do it like this…
This is so so so important. It puts a sheen of success over everything you do. Try it for a few weeks and see what difference it makes to how well you organize life.
And don’t let your brain trick you into missing this important technique.
Yes it can be extremely hard work to think of all the messy details of how things are going and attempting to put it all in order. But don’t let your brain get away with chickening out.
“Brain, for the next hour, it’s you and me bucko!”
Like in the 10 minute review, sit quietly with pen and paper, or at your computer. But for the weekly review, you need to create and assess a master list that includes as much about your life as you can.
I recommend starting off with these 3 categories:
Things that are going well
Things that are not going well
Things I would like to be able to do at some point in the future
Every week, think over those areas, and jot down some notes, and you can compare the previous weeks notes occasionally to see your progress.
That’s it. A power packed life review in 10 minutes.
