Business values, vision and mission

My take on another few popular management words:

Values are about what’s important to the organization (perhaps the tripple bottom line of people, profit, planet – if you are so inclined)

Vision relates to a ‘stretch-future’ – a grand picture of the successful future

Mission relates to the contribution that the organization or team intends to make.
