I've just read a great interview with one of the authors of The Fourth Turning.

Suffice it to say I'm impressed by the sweeping implications suggested by the interview, and wanted to capture some quick thoughts here on success-matrix blog.

Coming into the 4th Turning, as we are now, The Millenials will have great influence on social politico and economic affairs for the next 20 years.

They essentially seek a new form of social capitalism. They are pro-markets. But only provided those markets facilitate solidarity.
