That quote gave me a chuckle.

It’s so true. That ‘we’ (of course I mean my-self here) can have many ‘projects’ that are not really progressing, and ‘we’ get frustrated by a lack of progress, only to hide the truth that the slow progress is a direct result of not actually working on the project very much.

Prioritization, focus, awareness, clarity, mindfulness, action…

These are some of the mental ingredients captured in the 10 Mind Controllers that help us achieve optimisation of getting the right things done. And done quickly.
