Energy vs Tiredness
Since a boy of 11 I noticed I was more tired than my peers.
Here I will share with you some of the journey I have been through to maintain my energy levels and the techniques and methods I have used successfully to give me more energy than my peers as I have aged.
A few notes:
- Don’t use the computer for the couple hours before bed
- Regular physical exercise stimulates the entire hormonal system and regulates stress hormones so that rest and relaxation comes easier and energy systems are replenished
- Take high quality nutritional supplements (not cheap rubbish from any supermarket)
