How I Spend My Time

Ever since learning to mind-map at 11-years old and dabbling in hypnosis at 14, I have been on the great journey of self-empowerment.

I have focused both on the rational process and procedures of goals, time management, skills, etc… and also the ‘spiritual’ areas of inner peace and deeper life meaning.

I have worked in corporate world in dozens of industries in positions of senior management.

Now I write from the beaches of the world and roof top terraces via my laptop… facilitate group workshops… and provide personal coaching in living rooms and coffee shops.

For 3 of the past 6 years I have traveled the world.

I spent months with monks in Thailand, have seen 5 countries in South East Asia and 14 countries throughout the Americas from Argentina through to Canada.

What I do is straight forward.

I interview experts in their respective fields across diverse topics from financial investment, to surviving possible geo-political shake-ups, 2012, alternative health, law of attraction, modern honest spirituality, small business launch and marketing strategies… and much, much more.
